Best Buy Employee Life Cycle
We worked with the human resources department to develop a program for an employee lifecycle. They needed to help retain and nurture their employees. Our ideas was to do a “Gold Leaf” Program where an employee that was just hired would be at the acorns stage and would grow to the large oak later in their career with Best Buy. The program entailed each store having a tree and each employee getting a leaf per accomplishment. The winning store had a drawing for a prize.
